Can I please take a quick straw poll of troponin pathways in UK labs.... Could you please let me know, in very brief terms, whether your hospital chest pain pathway involves a single troponin measurement, or multiple measurements? At what time intervals? I will summarise and post back to the mailbase at the end of today.
