Dear SPM-experts,

 

I would like to segment anatomical scans of adolescents but I have some issues using the SPM12 segmentation procedure. On the figure attached to this email, you can see an example of this misclassification (more often in the frontal part of the brain). It seems there is a misregistration between the T1 image and the TPM (we use the default one or our own adolescent TPM based on a subsample of subjects without success). I tried also to change different options: affine regularisation and bias regularisation options, but nothing was concluding. Did you encounter this kind of problem and did you find a way to fix it?
