Good afternoon! We are exploring the possibility of establishing a digital mail room function and I wondered if there were any Local Authorities out there who have already established a mail room function for the organisation as a whole and who would be willing to share their experience with us ahead of our attempt. Don't mind if the project involved the establishment of a Digital Mail Room or a Digital Post Room. Very much in the information gathering stage at the moment and would like to compare and contrast with a similar Council if at all possible. Hopeful that colleagues can come up trumps again!
