Hi all (with the usual apologies for cross-posting) As you slump over your desks in mute incomprehension at the fact that it's already 2015, we are here to lighten your day by reminding you that you have until 31 January to apply for one of our Outreach Fund Small Grants. We have grants of up to £2000 available for projects that raise awareness of the place of chemistry in people's everyday lives, especially those not already interested in chemistry, and/or develop the science communication skills of people who are already highly trained in chemistry. The application process is as light-touch as we can make it, and in the last round we were able to fund over 50% of people who applied...
