Please find the last updated of UN Convention of 1997 on International Watercourses, that includes Palestine accession dated last January 2.
Palestine have acceded to many others important instruments in response to last UN Securty Council vote of Dec. 30. See complete list of 18 treaties at the end of this short note, some of them dealing with transboundary issues.
