Triad Resourcing is currently seeking a GIS Technician for a role in the North East. The role will initially be a 6 month contract and could be made permanent or extended. You will be working on a wide range of projects to support the company. The primary aspects of your role will be to undertake Map Production, Data Management and Maintaining Datasets, Spatial and 3D Analysis. Some of the area's you will be involved in are; Site location, route analysis, landscape and environmental assessments and modelling. The role may involve support to other areas of the business and on occasion training users in GIS. The client uses MapInfo and AutoCAD. We are open to speaking to candidates who have either MapInfo or ArcGIS experience. Training will be provided in MapInfo. AutoCAD experience is a must.
