This first IORMA roundtable of 2015 takes place over a breakfast hosted by Viewsy in the Rainmaking Loft at St Katharine Dock by Tower Bridge in London.

In-store analytics technologies are delivering powerful insights on customers and growing revenue for retailers.  At the same time, stores are  being redesigned to make customer engagement central to the retail proposition. These new dynamics of the modern retail store place significant demands on retailers - for new IT capabilities, staff retraining, merchandising, and more.

With customer expectations evolving fast, understanding these expectations is fundamental to serving customers better.

How can retailers, driven by the use of increasingly sophisticated data and analytics, ensure that they keep the customer at the heart of the business?

Over a working breakfast, this theme will be introduced by:
Odera Ume-Ezeoke, CEO of Viewsy - a finalist in the John Lewis JLab competition late in 2014
and Ross Bailey, CEO of Appear Here - a provider of flexible retail space to some top brands

There will be ample scope for discussion and exchange of views
