maybe it is related to your default shell. Where points /bin/sh to (ls -l /bin/sh will tell you)?

I installed fsl from binary file  on arch linux  64bit distribution, I started tutorial (DTI and TBSS past). When I try to run command

tbss_1_preproc *.nii.gz
