Hi i have just joined fsl community and i really appreciate any help. i have an alternating hemifield stimulus which is a check board on 30 seconds in the right and 30 seconds on for the left , for the total time of 3 minutes.( 3 left and 3 right) in FEAT should i use a sinusoid wave with period of 60 seconds? how is the coherence ( magnitude and phase ) calculated in order to the localize visual areas. i know there are some methods - like Fourier analysis. cheers, Travis
