Apologies for second-posting (hyperlink now works)

Cardiff University’s College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences is looking for exceptionally talented individuals to contribute and be part of the future in its research and teaching activities.

These permanent posts provide an exciting and unique opportunity for individuals to progress quickly to senior lectureships following successful probation.

We have created a specific programme for the development of early career academics, providing significant professional and financial support towards a successful research and teaching career. This programme will give you the opportunity to enhance your research expertise and hone your skills as an educator.

Each early career Teaching and Research Lecturer on this scheme will be allocated £3,000 research allowance per annum for the first three years of employment.

The University is committed to ensuring that you are given the space and time to do this by limiting teaching time to 50% of the School norm throughout your first three years.

In addition, a generous personal research budget will give you the freedom to invest in your own individual development, extend your national and international networks and provide the financial support you need to excel within your field.

There are a limited number of vacancies with increasing demand for this rare initiative. Don’t miss out and enquire today.
