Hi Sanchia,
Happy to share the perspective from Keele. We conduct an equal pay audit every year, and have done for the past 4 years. We dont use an external consultant, and conduct the review internally. Its a bit of a joint effort with a colleague in management information crunching the numbers, and I write the narrative.
