Abstracts are sought for the Making Diversity Interventions Count Annual Conference taking place on Tuesday 16 June 2015 at the University of Bradford. Sponsored by the Centre for Inclusion and Diversity, this conference explores the varying interventions aimed at advancing equality, with the objective of informing the development of good practice in the effective use of diversity interventions in organisations.  Participants represent a cross section of staff including researchers, chief executives, HR /workforce

directors and personnel, and equality and diversity leads and practitioners from public, private, voluntary and community sector organisations. Proposals are welcomed under the following themes:

 

·        Innovation and Creativity

·        Diversity Management in the Workplace

·        Practicing Diversity

·        Inclusive Leadership

·        Identity, Belonging and Intersectionalities

 

Please submit proposals for poster sessions, concurrent sessions, symposia, or workshops electronically via e-mail to [log in to unmask] on or before 16 March 2015 with “MDICAC2015 Proposal” in the subject line.
