Dear zooarch friends,

I have a metacarpal specimen from an archaeological site in western China (eastern part of Gansu Province), earlier than 5,000 BP. I don't think it is an animal of any Caprinae, and I guess it is a species of deer. But I am not sure. Could anyone help me with that?
