Dear Guillaume,

At first it gave me the following message:

>> which spm_select -all
which cfg_getfile -all
spm_check_installation full
E:\SPM\spm12\spm_select.m
E:\SPM\spm8\spm_select.m   % Shadowed
E:\SPM\spm8\matlabbatch\cfg_getfile.m

\__ \ )___/ )    (   Statistical Parametric Mapping
(___/(__)  (_/\/\_)  SPM - http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/

SPM seems to appear in several different folders:
  * E:\SPM\spm12\spm.m
  * E:\SPM\spm8\spm.m
Remove all but one with 'pathtool' or 'spm_rmpath'.

So I removed SPM8, and now when I type spm I get the following error:

??? Undefined function or method 'cfg_getfile' for input arguments of type 'char'.

Error in ==> spm_select at 147
    [t, sts] = cfg_getfile(varargin{:});

Error in ==> spm_platform>init_platform at 228
    driveLett = spm_select('ListDrives');

Error in ==> spm_platform at 61
if isempty(PLATFORM), PLATFORM = init_platform; end

Error in ==> spm_Welcome at 22
PF = spm_platform('fonts');

Error in ==> spm at 299
spm_Welcome;

And when I type the commands you sent me it's this:

>> which spm_select -all
which cfg_getfile -all
spm_check_installation full
E:\SPM\spm12\spm_select.m
'cfg_getfile' not found.
