We just chucked more resources at the web server which meant that it didn’t timeout so quickly in the usual application pool refreshes.
If you want I can get a more detailed account of the measures we put in place from our IT guys?

Hello
Does anyone else get a timeout on their prosolution Web?Ever since we have moved to using PS Web our registers intermittently timeout and staff are unhappy about this.
Compass have acknowledged that there is some sort of memory leak and it's related to reports. When this happens the application pool reaches its max on the Web server and causes the timeout knocking everyone off.Although compass have acknowledged this they have yet to provide a solution and also say no other college has this issue.
So, does anyone have this issue, we can't be alone in running PS web reports and registers (max c300 staff would access at anyone time)?
