The 11th Irish Screen Studies Seminar will take place at Ulster University, York Street, Belfast on Thursday 7th- Friday 8th May 2015. Please find the call for papers attached.

The seminar is aimed at postgraduate and postdoctoral researchers in film and screen cultures in the broadest sense touching on film, television, digital media, transmedia, gaming and interdisciplinary research. It is designed to provide a platform for the presentation of new research by scholars in Irish third-level institutions and for those working on Irish topics in non-Irish universities and colleges.

The seminar promotes the exchange of ideas and offers students an opportunity to present evolving research in a constructive and encouraging forum. To submit an abstract, please email 250 words and a short bio to the following email address by 16th February 2015: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>
