When I use the randomise function.

I guess I can try either -T or -C 2.3.

But in terms of actually reporting the results, I guess I still need something like:
fslmaths *corrp* -thr 0.95 ReportedResult   (for raw result images from both -T and -C)

Hope that's correct?
