Dear experts,

I tried to run bedpostx_gpu on mac osx with cuda 5.5 toolkit. I got an error like this:

/Applications/fsl/src/fdt/CUDA/bedpostx_gpu ./Diffusion -n 3 -g

An error ocurred. Please check file /Users/posnerlab/Desktop/Analysis/BigData/HCP/100307/T1w/Diffusion.bedpostX/logs/bedpostx_gpu.e6238.1

This says:

/bin/sh: line 1: /Applications/fsl/bin/xfibres_gpu: No such file or directory

I have FSL 5.0.7. Could you please advise me where to get xfibres_gpu from?
