I would add "progress" as a core value "Progress" rather than the waste of ever repeating research, for example unuseful research such as "anti-pyretics" rather than to progress and see if fever actually is of benefit. Similarly, the ever repeating wasteful research on how to increase vaccine update rather than to progress and investigate whether infectious diseases actually prevent NCDs.
