Dear colleagues

We've recently been offered a bundle of grazing licenses by the council, something which our office has never kept (and probably never been offered) in the past.

I'm not aware that these are a type of document that is usually selected for long term preservation, and indeed I can't see that they hold much in the way of content, so am considering them as something we probably don't want to keep. I'm just wondering if anyone has an opposing view to this or experience of retaining grazing licenses; and if so, why.

Thanks
