Dear colleagues
In reply to Sarah's query yesterday, yes the Logjam database is still available and I have a copy. The only caveat is that it has not been updated since it was designed in 2004/5 which means it isn't as efficient as it could be.
For those of you that haven't heard of Logjam, it was survey of uncatalogued collections that aimed to produced a methodology and toolkit to enable services to survey and prioritise their collections for cataloguing. It was based upon information provided by services about how long it had taken to catalogue collections.
I know that many services are still using Logjam and would like at some point to improve it. It would be really useful to have some sense of how many services still use the Logjam database and whether you would find a new version useful.
Please feel free to inundate my inbox with you views!
