A full list of abstracts will be published with the conference schedule on 2 June 2015.  At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work at the conference.  Registration is at the conference website, http://www.mathsportinternational2015.com/registration.html , and is at a discounted rate until 1 May 2015.  Accommodation for the conference may be booked at http://www.mathsportinternational2015.com/accommodation.html .  Please note that accommodation at Loughborough University has been reserved until 28 April 2015, and we cannot guarantee that all preferences will be available after that date.

Authors are encouraged to submit their paper for the conference Proceedings (even if it is work in progress). Papers must be prepared using LaTeX: you should first go to http://www.easychair.org/publications/?page=1594225690 to download the EasyChair LaTeX class and related files. These files include easychair.pdf which contains all the information you need for preparing your paper, and its source file easychair.tex which can be used as a template for your paper.  To submit your paper, all files must be compressed as a .zip archive and submitted through EasyChair: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=msp2015 by 1 May 2015.  The Proceedings will be distributed to all delegates on USB stick, and will be submitted for indexation by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index.

A special issue of Journal of Quantitative Analysis in Sports (http://www.degruyter.com/view/j/jqas) will be devoted to papers from MathSport International 2015, and contributors are invited to submit their work for publication in this.  Instructions for doing so will be circulated after the conference.  Papers submitted to JQAS should contain work beyond that published in the conference proceedings.
