Hello SPMers, In my first level design I have two conditions (A, B) and one regressor (a string of values, C), and realignment parameters (6) as multiple regressors. My first level contrast was [1 -1 1 0 0 0 0 0 0]. Does this contrast mean that: a) the results are derived from condition A > condition B, "AND" regressor C or b) the results are derived from condition A > condition B, "OR" regressor C? In other words, the SPMs results show ~ high activation where both A>B AND C have high values or where A>B OR C have high values? ~ do I still get results where A > B and not affected by C, from the contrast [1 -1 1 0 0 0 0 0 0]?
