Jon Garde is an expert in records management, Information Governance and information technology and has been a principal consultant, a software and solution architect, project leader, market specialist and educator in the field of information management for more than twenty five years. Jon is the author of the MoReq2010 specification ("MoReq" meaning "Modular Requirements for Records Systems") and is a past chair of the DLM Forum.

A Question & Answer session will be opened at the end of the presentation. The webinar will be recorded and information on how to access it will be sent to all registrants.
