Good Morning

 

Has anyone ever experienced an intermittent fault with their Amplivox
equipment which increases the decibel range in one ear? What I mean is
that we are testing people and where they are normally running at levels
of 10-20 dB the tones are not kicking in until about 30-40dB straight
across the left test. We are also having problems with daily calibration
and it refuses the left ear sometimes. I have had our equipment back to
Amplivox 3 times for this problem and all sorts of leads and equipment
has been changed and they can't seem to get to the bottom of it.

 

This is the second lot of Amplivox equipment we have had which has given
us problems.

 

Also can anyone recommend another supplier of a completely different
system which works well in OH.
