Sarah, superfluous nipple is also an oft used synonym I believe.

Dear Richard
Thanks for this, love the “extra raspberry idea”.
So far the search terms I am using are: Pseudomamma, “triple nipple”, “third nipple”, nubbin, “supernumerary nipple”, “extra nipple”, “accessory nipple”, polythelia with lots of use of adj and *.
At least its keeping me awake!!
Best wishes
Sarah

Hope you've got triple nipple in there - see

Of course in the East End we say someone has an extra raspberry...

Dear All
I knew the day would come when watching Friends would be useful for my job – I am doing a search on supernumerary nipples and remembered that Chandler referred to his as a nubbin, so am using that as one of my
synonyms. I would also like to thank my colleague Stuart for the suggestion of “extra nipple”. It’s all teamwork here at UHL!
Best wishes
Sarah
