Hi All TFPL Learning are delivering a Creating a Good Presence on Social Media workshop on the 11th December in London. As you may be aware the value of social media is becoming increasingly important. In order to maintain a high presence on the internet, it's important to be actively involved with a variety of different resources. This workshop will consider some of the key social media resources and will give you an opportunity to have practical experience of using them. The workshop will cover an overview of social media, the value of weblogs, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Flickr, RSS feeds, start pages and other resources as appropriate. You will be able to create accounts on these services and explore examples of how other organisations are using them. There will be a high practical content on this course, but prior knowledge or experience is not required or expected.
