Hi everyone, Many of us have put reservations for collection out on open access in recent years, including ourselves at Queen Mary. I am just wondering if anyone has moved the other way - ie. changed from open access holds to closed access, accessible with staff intervention only. If you have done this, I would be particularly interested to know why you did so, and how your users responded.
