I think what you need is a Recording Policy rather than a Collections Policy as you aren’t (I presume) collecting stuff, this really applies to archives and museums. Hello,

I was just wondering whether anyone has a good HER Collections Policy that they would be willing to share with me. We’ve never had a formal policy here in Norfolk but I am keen to write one, and would be very grateful for some inspiration!
