Please see the below job opportunity with English Heritage:

Title: Property Supervisor (Volunteer Management)
Location: Kenwood House, London, NW3 7JR
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £20,728 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen with English Heritage to join the team at Kenwood House. Kenwood has recently re-launched following a Heritage Lottery funded project which has not only seen extensive restoration and representation of the house but also the development of a new volunteering programme.

Set on the edge of Hampstead Heath and surrounded by tranquil landscaped gardens, Kenwood is one of London's hidden gems. The House, its breath-taking interiors and stunning art collection are free for everyone to enjoy, and our trained team of volunteers help tell the stories of the vast array of masterpieces hanging in this grand setting, including Rembrandt's self-portrait, and the breath-taking beauty of architect Robert Adam's library.

As the supervisor of the volunteer team you will have a proven record of successfully recruiting, training and managing large teams of volunteers. You will also support the site management team in demonstrating exemplary customer service standards, site presentation, health and safety and site security, and have an understanding of financial procedures. Strong interpersonal, organisational skills, flexibility and the ability to work under your own initiative are essential.

Interviews will be held at Kenwood House on Monday 8 December.
