Dear FSL users, I have obtained hippocampal volume by FSL FIRST. I would like to adjust for head size and I have obtained WM volume, GM volume and CSF volume by VBM because I would like to use ICV(WM+GM+CSF) or TBV(WM+GM) . But there is a problem. I checked the correlation between ICV(WM+GM+CSF) and the vscaling factor obtained by SIENAX. The correlation coefficient was 0.8. I think this is not good. I would like to know why this discrepancy occurs. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thank you so much, Naoki Hirabayashi
