Hi,

It appears that there have been changes to the model outputs in 5.0.7, but they are not documented in the release notes. These changes break existing code that uses FSL binaries directly.

Is there documentation of what has changed somewhere?

I'm also a little curious why there have been (what appear to be) backwards-incompatible changes in what the version number suggests is a minor/bugfix release of the software.
