Dear Yogesh,
It looks like you're trying to run AMPLE on Windows. Unfortunately, it isn't currently supported on Windows.(although it will be in a forthcoming CCP4 release).
Do you have access to a Linux or Mac OSX machine that you could install CCP4 on?
