Dear Colleagues, I would like to invite submissions from outstanding candidates with a PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biophysics and with substantial experience of mass spectrometry of proteins, for one of two exciting postdoctoral positions within the Michael Barber Centre for Collaborative Mass Spectrometry (MBCCMS). Post One This postholder will provide support for the BBRSC ALERT13 funded hydrogen deuterium exchange mass spectrometry (HDX-MS) resource as well as intact mass and ion mobility analysis of biological molecules. The candidate will manage internal and external research collaborations, with a focus on bio-therapeutics. The post is available for 3 years in the first instance. They will be expected to manage the operation of 11 mass spectrometry platforms, the associated computational resource and day-to-day supervision of experimental work carried out by PhD students and final year project students.
