Hello everyone,

We are currently reviewing the process how we handle holds once the customer wants to collect them. At present staff retrieves the material from the hold shelf and checks it out to the customer. We are keen to explore other options to make this procedure more efficient. 
How do you deal with holds at this stage in your library?
