Thanks to all of you that have replied, it's much appreciated.

Subject: User creation\deletion and control policies

Morning everyone,

I’d be interested to find out how you all manage your users, especially students. From creating the initial accounts and associated profile and home folder directories and shares, to group policies all the way through the lifecycle to deleting them when the students leave.

We currently use a piece of software called Netflow to provide a GUI to the AD and to allow user imports for creation. This is now showing its age and we need to move ahead with a replacement.

Regards

Craig
