Lending your smartcard to anyone else is a disciplinary offence: check the
T&C.

Presumably this means that CQC inspectors would need RA02 consent put on
their smartcard to allow record access for each and every practice they
visited - and a sponsor within the practice?

Any practice managers on this list?

It needs to be automated.
At present we make an entry in the notes naming the person and authority.
Really shouldn't CQC be going in on their smart card, not somebody else's
though?

Even if it does say access all areas.
