GIS Developer

Buchanan Computing, the leading provider of software for traffic and highways applications, is looking for a GIS Developer based in its Hammersmith offices.

GIS and development experience are essential - preferably MapInfo and MapBasic. VBA for Microsoft Office is also required.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as part of the job is providing consultancy as well as telephone support to clients. The candidate must display an aptitude and enthusiasm to develop their programming skills and will work well under their own initiative or as part of a team. Occasional travel to clients' premises in the UK may be required.
