Do you fancy sharpening your storytelling skills, picking up trail-writing
tips and learning new ways to work with words? Our TextWorkshop training
season continues with Trails TextWorkshop at the *Charles Dickens Museum *in
London on Wednesday 12th November 2014.


We also have TextWorkshop courses open for booking, starting on Tuesday 2nd

 Here are the details. On *Wednesday 12th November **at the Charles Dickens
Museum in London, *Dea Birkett and I are running our very popular *Trails
TextWorkshop. *The day is full of practical tips, examples and new ideas to
take away. It includes the chance to look at what works and doesn’t work in
a trail, experiment with diverse ways of writing trails and try out
real-life trail text on-site.


On *Tuesday 2nd December at Battersea Arts Centre*, Dea Birkett and I will
be running our unique *TextWorkshop* course on writing great exhibition
text. This course brings together expertise from the worlds of museums and
journalism to give you a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of writing
for panels and labels. In a day packed with tips, examples and exercises,
you’ll feel challenged and motivated, and take away lots of new and
practical ideas. This course runs again on18th February and 18th March 2015.


These writing courses run from 10.30am to 4.30pm and cost from only £75.
