Although there is the thought that people have a right to choose whether to apply and to make informed choices One further thought, will they be paid travel expenses on top - that at least might be helpful.. otherwise it would take the wage down even further. My observations seem to indicate that people are being offered far less for thee kinds of roles than they were several years ago.. The range of possible wages for zero-hours posts, generally in delivering educational workshops or other content, is staggering. As well as the guidance being prepared on suitable budgets for freelance contracts someone could draw up some guidelines for acceptable levels of pay for zero-hours contracts. Or perhaps abjure their use altogether?
