The Visitor Studies Group and GEM Scotland are delighted to announce their second co-hosted event in Edinburgh.

Entitled Access all Areas? Working with visitors to address physical, sensory and intellectual barriers the event will explore how museums/galleries/libraries/visitor attractions ensure that all visitors can engage with content and services. Our packed agenda includes organisations/individuals who are working with visitors/potential visitors with access requirements and will demonstrate, through case studies, how their work has influenced content, layout and interpretation as well as policy.

The full list of speakers are:

The Science Museum and VocalEyes will talk about working with blind and partially sighted people and how access to the museums/galleries/heritage site sector can be made accessible to those with sight disabilities
