Dear FSL community, I order to study the cortico-spinal tract between two groups (patients and controls). I used in FSL FDT/PROBTRACKX probabilistic tracking with a single mask. My question here is about the mask for the cortico-spinal mask? How can I generate a mask for this tract or any other tract in FSL? Thanks Mohamad
