Hi Anderson,

Should I first do a mask including only those significant coordinates?

or fslmeants tfce_p_tstat - c 99 158 86?? This make sense for you if I am only interested on the values at these coordinates?

Thanks,
Rosalia.

Hi Anderson,

Do you refer to the group mask? or to the tfce_p_tstat? I would like measures for those specific coordinates, not the whole mask...is this possible?, how could I get this?

I have used fslmeants with -c option and it does not work...I get only values of 1 or 0...  :-(
Thank you
Rosalia.

Hi Rosalia,

The fslmeants works with 3D and with 4D files, but here it sounds as you'd need as the input the same 4D file that was used in randomise.

All the best,

Anderson

Dear FSL experts,

I have seen that with fslmeants it is possible to extract individual values for a peak coordinate using -c flag....However, fslmeants usage seems to be intended for filtered_func_data....

Could I use fslmeants with my tbss_FA_tfce_p_tstat1.nii.gz contrast?

Thank you again,
Rosalia.

Dear FSL experts,

I have been working wiht TBSS. After randomise, I have found significant cluster for FA and RD  (p = 0.001 not TFCE corrected) for a single coordinate: 99 158 86

I am interested in measuring individual values, for every subject, specifically at these coordinates.

I have been looking at fslstats flags and I have not seen any option....

I do not know if I should make a mask for those coordinates and then try with fslstats...

Any help with this would be very appreciate.

Yours sincerely,
Rosalia.
