Hi Samantha

1. The os2t option actually outputs NIFTI files for each target. These files are called seeds_to_<target>.nii.gz, and in these files each seed voxel contains the number of samples that hit the target. I think you may be looking at the output of s2tastext, which gives the same information but in the form of a text file instead of a NIFTI file.

2. Yes the rows in the s2tastext file correspond to the same seed voxels.

Saad.

Hi Saad,
I was able to produce the seeds_to_target text file showing the number of streamlines that reached the target from each voxel of the seed mask. However,  I am wondering how the numbers in the file are organized.

1. Is there a way to determine the corresponding coordinates (in the specified space) for each voxel entry in the text file?

2. If I were to use the same seed mask with different target ROIs, would the voxel values be ordered the same (so that I can compare streamline numbers for a particular voxel across several ROIs)? E.g. Does the first entry always represent the same voxel if the same seed mask is used?

Thank you again for your help!
Samantha
