Hi,

This doesn't happen to me when I run it with an input mask.
What does the output txt file look like?
And what is the output of fslhd on your input file?

All the best,
Mark

Dear List Members,

I have images that are masks reflecting traced lesions. I am running :

cluster -i <INPUT IMAGE> (after smoothing an d binning) -t 1 > clusterfile.txt

The Cog x, y and z orientations are missing for all these files. Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.

Best wishes,
