I am trying to look functional connectivity between 2 groups (A & B), further i would like to explore the influence of gender on functional connectivity correcting age

note:- Covariant taken as Female as 0 and male as 1, and demean for gender a and b,

eg:- in both group contain gender M&F like below

F 0 -0.5
M 1 0.5
M 1 0.5
M 1 0.5


Is this GLM is correct to proceed further
