Dear List Members, I am writing to ask if there is a preferred grid engine manager for using the fsl parallelization features (via fsl_sub) for a centos multicore (32) machine? I was considering sun grid engine, but understand it is no longer in development while son of grid engine is actively developed (and that both seem to go by SGE). Any advice on which grid engine to choose for the centos 6.5 32 core (64 gb of ram) system I mentioned would be a great help. Any pointers to instructions on how to set up the grid engine would also be greatly appreciated. Best wishes, Salil Soman, MD, MS
