I'm starting to look at evidence grading systems and was wondering if anyone can recommend:

• A good overview of the different systems, preferably with the strengths and weaknesses of each approach.
• Any research that looks at how end users use (or not use) the grading systems.  Ultimately, do they have much of an impact!
