I do not speak for the Cochrane Collaboration, only for myself. I am the authors of scores of reviews (I've lost count of the number of updates I've done in the last 20 years). My job as a reviewer is to look at the evidence following Cochrane rules which are evolving. It is not to stick up for X or Y or takes sides in conflicts. If you think this is easy I may share with you my "fan mail", the electronic stalking, the personal attacks and the attempted ambushes I have been subjected to. Enojy the rest of the debate. Tom.
