I do not speak for the Cochrane Collaboration, only for myself.

I am the authors of scores of reviews (I've lost count of the number of
updates I've done in the last 20 years).

My job as a reviewer is to look at the evidence following Cochrane rules
which are evolving. It is not to stick up for X or Y or takes sides in
conflicts.

If you think this is easy I may share with you my "fan mail", the
electronic stalking, the personal attacks and the attempted ambushes I have
been subjected to.
