Dear colleagues,

Please find the call for proposals for the ACiME conference in Sofia on
the following website:

http://linguistlist.org/callconf/browse-conf-action.cfm?ConfID=186076.

ACiME is a research project on academic communication in multimedia
environment which is funded by the Alexander-von-Humboldt Foundation.
The project’s aim is to identify features of today’s scientific
communication in multimedia settings. We are looking forward to
receiving your proposals dealing with questions like, for example:

- How do scholars communicate and how is academic information sought
with the help of the Internet?
- Is the issue of plagiarism and authorship avoided or supported by the
use of the Internet?
- In how far are hyperlinks relevant for finding suitable information on
the web?
- Do people make use of hyperlinks if available?

For more information about the project please visit:

Kind regards,

Esther Breuer
